CASE STUDY: 2D ART FOR AMPLIFY LEARNING
DAILY ROLE: I spent the last few years of my time at Amplify, working with an amazing group of people on something called the Quest Team. A team that could handle any type of software development they were handed. My role was something between visual designer, and production artist, and I worked on most things there involved 3D modeling or hybrid 2D/3D Art.
BACKGROUND ILLUSTRATION - VIKINGS
Under the design direction of the Quest team and Jean Pierre Dillard, I helped to craft the backgrounds for a viking related Quest for the core learning title.
CHARACTER AND BACKGROUND ILLUSTRATION - DECLARE YOUR SELF
Under the design direction of the Quest team and Jean Pierre Dillard, I was tasked with creating a room full of founding fathers, where users could argue for and against separation from england, in a classroom/tablet based game for schools. The illustrations were realized using Maya, Fuse, Zbrush, and Photoshop. Special thanks the Jean Pierre Dillard for his face sculpting and layout.
CASE STUDY: FREEVERSE - DRAGON QUEST
DAILY ROLE: I was typicaly a 3D artist for Freeverse, but painted backgrounds and did some early character concepts for the mobile title Dragon Quest.
